About this scholarship
Established in 2024 through a gift from Alumni Friends, Professor Heather Zwicker and collective donors under the Queensland Commitment scheme and maintained by income generated from an underlying endowment fund. Alumni Friends of The University of Queensland dates back to 1967, when UQ sponsored the formation of an association to foster relationships with UQ alumni.
Eligibility
You're eligible if you: are or will be enrolled in an Approved Program; can demonstrate and provide documentary evidence of financial hardship; identify as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community; and have not previously held the Scholarship.
