About this scholarship
Established in 2026 through a gift from the Faculty of Medicine Class of 1980 together with Alumni Friends under The Queensland Commitment Scholarship Match Initiative. The 1980 class cohort are very passionate about breaking down the barriers to education, it is the hope that this scholarship will support generations of future doctors to help advance the sustainability of the medical workforce in Queensland and beyond.
Eligibility
You're eligible if you: are enrolled full-time in the Doctor of Medicine can demonstrate financial hardship do not hold another scholarship the Dean considers similar are from a Regional, Rural or Remote Area.
