The General Merit Scholarships for Indigenous Undergraduate Students Commencing Term 1, 2026 aims to encourage and assist Indigenous Australian students to undertake study at UNSW. Be commencing any undergraduate program at UNSW. Selection Criteria Academic Merit Leadership skills (school, workplace or community) Extra-curricular activities (sporting, cultural activities, volunteer/work experience) Aptitude and commitment to studies Nura Gili Award (UGCE1213) $6,044 for 1 year Eligibility Indigenous Australian (Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander only). Be commencing any undergraduate program at UNSW. Selection Criteria Academic Merit Leadership skills (school, workplace or community) Extra-curricular activities (sporting, cultural activities, volunteer/work experience) Aptitude and commitment to studies Engineering Faculty of Engineering Indigenous Scholarship (UGCE1028) $15,000 per annum for the minimum duration of program (up to 5 years) Eligibility Indigenous Australian (Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander only).
