Should the student achieve the required results, the scholar will at the beginning of 3rd year be required to submit an essay on Singapore. If this is of an acceptable standard the scholar will automatically be given the 1968 Singapore Colombo Plan Students (Memorial) Scholarship to support 3rd year of their degree studies.
