To apply please complete the application form. Applications must be no longer than 5 pages and should contain: (a) Name of hosting company or institution (i.e. where placement will occur) (b) Supervisor contact at hosting institution (c) Justification and expected outcomes from placement (d) Timeframe and description of activities to be undertaken whilst on placement (e) Budget including flights, accommodation and food Supporting documents will include: Agreement letter from hosting institution.
