You must submit one copy of this form to EACH of your referees. These referees should be senior academics closely connected with your most recent academic work. You must complete SECTION A and your referees must complete SECTION B. The referee will then need forward this form to UNSW Scholarships as per the instructions on the form. PLEASE INSTRUCT YOUR REFEREE TO RETURN THE FORM NO LATER THAN THE CLOSING DATE OF THIS SCHOLARSHIP.
